DIE-CUT COMPONENTS
Custom die-cut components for assembly and packaging
Lianyi Printing (Thailand), based in Chonburi, assesses die-cut component projects from drawings. Sample and production arrangements are confirmed based on the application, dimensions, material, thickness and tolerance requirements.
Equipment image from the group profile. Its factory location, availability for the project, materials and processing tolerances are confirmed for each actual project.
Product details
A die-cut component needs to fit both its assembly position and the way it is handled. Share a drawing, sample or technical specification to assess materials, geometry and supply format. Details are confirmed through the drawing and sample review for each project.
Drawing-led assessment
Establish project requirements from dimensioned drawings, reference points and the actual assembly position, then assess the corresponding production process.
Specified materials
Identify the material, thickness, adhesive layers and operating conditions. Availability and suitability must be checked before confirmation.
Samples for assembly checks
Agree on the sample format and dimensional, assembly and other inspection requirements. Arrange production after confirmation in the actual application.
Practical delivery formats
Provide material picking, slitting, part separation and packing requirements so delivery details can be jointly assessed for handling at the point of use.
Applications
Specifications to discuss
- Quotation inputs
- Dimensioned drawing, material, quantity and application
- Material and thickness
- Assessed and confirmed against component requirements

- Agreed after drawing and manufacturing feasibility review
- Material stack and adhesive
- For multilayer materials or adhesives, specify the layer sequence and requirements
- Handling and packing
- Specify part separation, handling at the point of use and delivery packaging requirements
- Samples and production
- Confirmed for the project complexity and requirements
What you may want to know before starting
Can you assess a part without a technical drawing?
Photos, a sample, key dimensions and an explanation of the application can support an initial review. A clear drawing, material specification, dimensions and acceptance criteria must be confirmed before production.
Which materials and tolerances are supported?
Material, thickness, geometry and tolerances need to be assessed together. Send the specification or drawing for a feasibility review. Only the conditions agreed for the individual project are confirmed.
Can samples be arranged before a production order?
Provide the sample quantity and what you need to test so the sampling method, cost and timing can be assessed. Production is planned after the specification and agreed checks are approved.
Have a format in mind?
Prepare your dimensions, quantity and reference images so we can confirm the materials and production details that suit this project together.
